Why AI Success Starts with One Workflow

A lot of agencies want to sell AI now.

That part is easy.

Selling it safely is the harder part.

In my view, the best way to do it is not by adding “AI” everywhere.

It is by starting with one workflow.

One real use case.
One clear problem.
One place where the client can actually see value.

Then a few things matter a lot:

* do not overpromise
* keep human review where needed
* define what success looks like
* control AI cost from the start

Because this is where many AI features go wrong.

The idea sounds great in the sales call.

But later the questions start:

Is it accurate enough?
Who checks the output?
Is it actually saving time?
Is the client happy with the result?
Is the cost still manageable?

AI can be a strong offer for agencies.

But I think the safer and smarter way is simple:

Sell one useful workflow first.
Deliver it properly.
Measure the result.
Then expand.

That builds much more trust than big promises ever will.
